Exploration on black hole and properties of time

The early history of the research group on general relativity at Beijing Normal University is briefly reviewed． Two areas of works are outlined in particular: a method is found to calculate the surface temperature of non-stationary black holes point-by-point; the zeroth law of thermodynamics is found to be equivalent to transitive property of clock rate synchronization．
